Delivery

How fast is delivery?

Orders placed on a working day before 12pm will be delivered on the next working day.

Orders placed on a working day after 12pm will be delivered the day after the next working day (e.g. an order on Tuesday afternoon will be delivered on Thursday).

If an order is placed on a Friday morning it will be delivered the following Monday. If an order is placed on a Friday afternoon, it will be delivered the following Tuesday. If an order is placed on a weekend it will be delivered the following Tuesday.

Saturday delivery is available for orders placed before 12 noon on a Friday.

 

How much is delivery?

Orders over £50 will receive working day delivery free of charge. Orders below £50 will be subject to a £4.95 delivery charge.

For Saturday delivery, orders over £50 are subject to a £3 delivery charge. Orders below £50 are subject to a £7.95 delivery charge.

 

Which courier do you use?

All orders are delivered through our partner DHL Parcel (UK). After your order has been placed, you will receive an DHL Parcel (UK) tracking number.

 

Do you offer international shipping?

Shipping from Beer Pronto is available to UK mainland addresses only and does not cover international shipping. Delivery must be to an address in the Mainland United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and the Scottish islands)

 

Can I collect my order from Beer Pronto HQ?

Beer Pronto is a beer to home delivery service, we do not currently offer collection.

 

What does my packaging look like?

Your order will be delivered in generic brown packaging. Ideal for keeping your gifts top secret.

 

Can I order gift packaging?

Although our beers are perfect for gifting, we don’t currently offer gift packaging.

 

Returns & Cancellations

What is your returns policy?

If you would like to return any of your items within 14 calendar days of receipt, please email help@beerpronto.co.uk prior to sending your parcel.

Please quote your name, order number and reference, and which product you wish to return. When your goods arrive back with us we can arrange for a refund or exchange.

If you decide to cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense.  You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.  The returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

Can I amend my order?

How do I cancel my order?

Can I return damaged goods?

If the goods are faulty or broken, please contact us at help@beerpronto.co.uk quoting your name, order number and reference, address and telephone number together with details of the product and the problem.  We will replace the goods or refund you in accordance with your legal rights.

 

How can I track my order?

After placing your order, you will receive an APC tracking number. If you are experiencing issues with tracking, then please call us on 0204 513 9312 or email us at help@beerpronto.co.uk (manned working days between 9 am and 4 pm).

 

Other

Can I shop without creating an account?

You do not need to create an account to shop with us, so please feel free to exit through the checkout as a guest.

How do I make a payment?

All payments are handled through our website platform – Shopify, which supports all major UK debit/ credit cards, as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

 

How can I apply a discount code?

To receive discount codes and exclusive offers, please sign up to our mailing list. An entry box is available at checkout to enter your code.

 

Can I purchase a gift voucher?
